The Spor app automatically records your travel patterns, showing where you’ve been and how you got there. It captures all outdoor journeys, including walking and driving, using your smartphone’s sensors.
The app is only used in the AMIGOS research project. Spor enables collection of high-quality mobility data without requiring participants to complete time-consuming travel diaries.
Only those recruited as participants in one of the partner cities of AMIGOS may use the app. Registration with your email address is required.
To use the app: download it, open it, and follow the instructions to grant the necessary permissions. You can then review your trips anytime.
You can confirm or correct trips if errors occur and learn about your travel habits (e.g., via the statistics tab). After the study ends, we will inform you that you may uninstall the app. The app is available only in English and German.
Spor ensures secure data collection, transfer, and storage, using SSL encryption. Your data is treated confidentially and used solely for research. You can delete your account or request your data by emailing us at spor@motion-tag.com.
