Auditing in Oppland County of Norway. How paragraphs on land use and public transport in the Climate and Energy Plan are followed up

Auditing the county administration’s follow-up of the Climate and Energy Plan for Oppland County in Norway (C-E-plan) was carried out last winter. We find no move towards strengthening the achievements on these specific fields. The approval of the C-E-plan does not result in changing the organizations’ handling the topics. This is probably due to the fact that adequate work has been done in these fields for a long time. The approval of the plan has underlined an ongoing positive trend, rather than making a change or a strengthening of the situation in the area.
