Vision Zero - theory and practice

Vision Zero is to serve as basis for Norwegian road safety policy, but the exact implications of this are not clear. On the basis of interviews with relevant planners, policy makers and stakeholders in the field of road safety, this report seeks to bring out and clarify interpretations and presumed consequences of Vision Zero in the Norwegian context.
