The Norwegian Public Roads Administration has revised its manual for cost-benefit analysis. In this context, the Institute of Transport Economics (TØI) has been asked to provide certain input data - parametres, unit costs and indices for cost updating. These are presented in the present report. The framework in which they are to be applied is presented in TØI report 798/2005.
