In this report the taxi markets of the Østfold region in south eastern Norway is presented. Particular attention is given to the issues ofcompetition and area coverage. The possibilities for environmentally friendly taxi vehicles are discussed. The report concludes by pointing at strengths and weaknesses attached to various alternative scenarios.
