The Norwegian National Rail Administration (NNRA) have developed a new incremental passenger demand model, in cooperation with the institute of transport economics. This model is a simplified model, designed to be used early in the planning process, and to augment the existing models.
This report documents the model and point at further possibilities for developing the model.
