This report focuses on video-conferencing and the possible impacts of this technology on business travel. Data were gathered through a postal survey of Norwegian enterprises. The use of videoconferences in Norway is limited, but the report concludes that many non-users are now positive to the technology, and that there is potential to increase the penetration rate. Also, current users plan to increase their use. Results do, however, suggest that videoconferencing primarily will complement traditional face-to-face meetings, and will only to a small degree replace business travel.
