Using collected data from the Value of Time Study (TOI-report 1053/2010) as a basis we have estimated new unit values for time, reliability and comfort where the division between trips are less than 70 km, over 70 km, between 70 and 200 km and more than 200 km. The reason for doing this is to adjust new unit values to the latest version of The National Model for Passenger Transport in Norway. In the report we present new recommended unit values and explain how they are estimated.
