As an input to the Norwegian National Transport Plan 2010-2019, the Institute of Transport Economics (TØI) has made a number of sensitivity calculations using a preliminary version of the new Logistics model for Norway. The scenarios include infrastructure actions, increased fuel prices and reduced prices for rail and sea transport. The effects are calculated as changes in modal share for freight transport and the resulting effect on the CO2 emissions from freight transport.
