We conclude that the proposed measure on air quality in tunnels, NOx/m3, is the most suitable today. However, it is important to follow the research on the health effect of small particles and, in the future, include these in an aggregate measure. We notice that the most ambitious level of air quality 1000 microgram NOx/m3 is, in the analysis, concluded to be socio-economic profitable to achieve. To our understanding based on all analysis in the report it exists a level under the proposed minimum level that is a good solution for the society.
