Public transport. Practical guidelines for evaluating larger public transport demonstration projects in cities

This document gives practical guidelines for the minimum concept for evaluation of larger public transport projects, required by Ministry of Transport and Communications. A common evaluation scheme provides for comparable evaluations. The report gives a brief overview of the chosen panel analyses (travel behaviour, attitudes and knowledge) among a representative sample, and surveys among public transport users.
