Sammendrag

Norwegian authorities want more people to walk, cycle and use public transport in cities rather than driving their car. To succeed, it is important to improve the interaction between cycling and public transport to make these two modes of transport competitive to the car. We have identified 15 groups of challenges with regard to improve conditions for public transport and cycling at the same time, and 18 groups of possibilities that can help to minimize these challenges. The possibilities are specified in 35 measures or types of measures targeting infrastructure, road, vehicle or planning authority.
