This working report is a collection of working papers that substantiate the development of the first version of the Norwegian network model for freight transport - NEMO. By this first version of NEMO we have established a tool to distribute demand for freight transport between modes and routes in Norway. The model is roughly calibrated and need more thoroughly testing before applications to specific problems. The model system considers the modes road, rail and sea simultaneously, and simulates competition between the modes as well as cooperation in terms of intermodal solutions.
