Costs of Emission to Air in the Norwegian Transport Sector

Damage costs as well as studies of willingness to pay and political agreements can be used as a basis for calculation of environmental costs connected to emissions from transport activities. This paper summarizes available methods and calculations of environmental costs in transport by emission component.
