Cost benefit analysis of the Rovdefjord bridge in Norway

The bridge across Rovdefjord is one step in the direction of a an interregional coastal highway between Bergen and Ålesund in western Norway. The bridge will replace two ferry connections across the fjord. The cost benefit analysis shows that the project is economically profitable, however with a narrow margin.
