This project has provided a basis for assessing need for a digital collaboration platform for transport. The information is gathered through a literature review, interviews of stakeholders in transport and developers of ITS services, and from a workshop. It appears that there is broad level of information on transport available, but with fragmented formats and in proprietary systems, especially for private data. It will be a major advance just to get overall availability of current data that is managed by the transport agencies through an open linked data service. The report outlines a recommended stepwise development.
