Analysis of Østfold Energi AS' fleet of vehicles

The purpose of this analysis has been to propose a new organisation, composition, size of and station for Østfold Energi AS’s fleet of vehicles. We recommend that the expensive and current practice of using private cars for business trips is replaced by a heavy increase in vehicles for passenger transport, owned and operated by the company. Furthermore, we recommend that a new kind of vehicle is introduced to serve as platform for electrical fitters, and that a transport support unit is formed.
