The report evaluates the vulnerability of freight transport in selected items and what actions that can improve the freight performance during crisis. It turns out that, with some exceptions, the necessary equipment and expertise to handle crises exists, so the greatest weakness is associated with the delegation of responsibilities between actors. Suggested measures to improve preparedness in freight transport is a general upgrading of infrastructure and selected terminals, and examine the possibility of establishing a joint emergency plan for crises.
