This study focuses on a question in the national travel survey on physical issues restricting travel. Our finding is that persons who indicate that they have physical issues restricting travel, travel less frequent and shorter than the rest of the population. However, there is little indication that this variation can be explained by this group being more sensitive to adverse weather conditions than the rest of the population.
