Transport Performance in Norway 1946-1994

Domestic passenger transport work in Norway increased by 1.2 per cent in 1994. The passenger transport by air increased by 6 per cent in 1994, while rail passenger traffic recorded a 5 per cent increase. The total volume of export of oil and gas in 1994 was approx. 160 million tonnes, which represent a growth rate of 12 per cent. In this publication, transport performance figures for the year 1994 are presented together with other relevant Norwegian transport statistics.
