This report marks the end of the research project enabling Zero Emission passenger Vessel Services (ZEVS). ZEVS is a Collaborative and Knowledge-building Project funded by the Research Council of Norway. It aims to give public authorities the necessary tools for making well-informed decisions regarding policies to promote adoption of zero emission passenger vessels. The purpose of this report is to summarize key findings from ZEVS and associated studies in order to provide a concise knowledge base concerning technical, economic and political feasibilities of zero emission requirements for high-speed vessel services in Norway.
