The report presents recent estimates of the effects on road safety of selected road safety measures. The cost-effectiveness of these measures is analysed. Cost-benefit analyses have been performed. Guidelines are given with respect to the use of effect estimates and cost-effectiveness data in the planning of road safety measures.
