This plan provides the basis for strategic planning of the public transport development in Telemark County. The goal is to increase the use of public transport by developing an efficient and attractive service. The plan presents guidelines for a short-term (2013) as well as for a long-term (2020) horizon. Framework conditions and necessary measures are described.
