Passenger Satisfaction Survey in Nordland County

As a part of the transport agreement between Nordland county council and 9 out of 10 bus companies in the county, passenger satisfaction surveys shall be carried out twice a year from 2003 on. These surveys will work as a a basis for developing a bonus/malus - system between the parties. The survey results are based on the passengers' subjective satisfaction with different aspects of the public transport service and the importance of each of these. This report documents the first passenger satisfaction survey and estimates the reference level for measuring future surveys.
