This report presents experiences and evaluations of a public transport service named «Halv på hel» in the Norwegian Tolga municipality. «Hel på halv» is a special designed demand responsive transport service for this municipality. The report builds on focus group- and personal interviews done with inhabitants. It divides users into different categories and clearly demonstrates that different categories of users have different ways of using the service. It also demonstrates that most of the users in most of the categories highly appreciate and utilize the service offered, even if they are not passengers themselves. The report ends up with some suggestions for improvements, mainly manageable through minor adjustments of the service already offered. The cost of these improvements, as well as the cost of the service offered today, are not evaluated in this report.
