GODMOD-3 A General Equilibrium Model for Transport Analyses

A technical description of the general equilibrium model GODMOD-3 is given. This is third version of a general equilibrium model developed for transport analysis, especially the interaction between the transport sector and the rest of the economy. The modell will calculate an equilibrium under different assumptions concerning production technology and government policy concerning taxation and restrictions upon economic activity. At equilibrium production, consumption and prices for all goods and sectors are calculated. The model is based on the Norwegian National accounts for 1992 and different transport services.
