The report documents the further development of MPM23. Version 2.0 is based on 47762 observed trips within Oslo/Akershus from the travel survey Ruter MIS. The model calculates market shares in the reference and policy scenario for 11 different travel modes / combinations of travel modes by means of a nested logit model. For alternatives within public transport, the model distinguishes between trips with seasonal tickets and single tickets. Another improvement is that users can specify policies differently for rush and the non-rush periods. The geographical segmentation has been improved and consists now of 72 different zonal relations. Users can choose between 2 different sets of parameters, one of which implies adjusted parameters for the values of time for invehicle time.
