This working paper calculates the benefit consequences of reducing the long term parking places in Oslo city, how to extend parking facilities around Oslo (park-and-ride), time differentiated cordon toll rates and introducing an environmental zone of road freight transport in Oslo city. The highest benefit value can be achieved by reducing the long term parking facilities and for congestion pricing respectively.
