This report is a guidebook of cost benefit analysis of public transport measures. It is meant to cover not only infrastructure measures, but also management measures, pricing measures etc. Aimed primarily at simple analyses of standard measures, at the same time it covers the principles that should apply to all multimodal analyses.
An overview of the principles and method is contained in TØI report 474/2000, which has a short English summary. TØI report 474b/2000 contains worked out examples.
