Cost benefit analysis as priority tool for infrastructure investments in Nordland

This report presents the results of a sensitivity analysis where industry and regional effects from road investment projects in Nordland are included in cost benefit analysis. The EFFEKT 5 programme is used for the analysis. The results show only small and insignificant effects on the cost benefit ratio of the selected project from changes in the value of time for goods, considerable growth in freight transport as compared to light light cars and induced traffic.
