The International Cycling Safety Conference (ICSC) has, since 2012, served as an international forum for research and practice on cycling safety. The 13th edition was held in Oslo, Norway, in November 2025 and hosted by the Institute of Transport Economics. The conference brought together 219 participants and included two keynote presentations, one policy and practice discussion session, two workshops, 68 oral, 40 paper poster, and 16 video poster presentations. This Book of Abstracts contains the extended abstracts of all contributions presented at ICSC 2025. The program covered topics such as Nordic perspectives on cycling, accident data, infrastruc¬ture and network design, human factors and cyclist behaviour, micromobility, education and training, and emerging technologies. The contributions provide an overview of current challenges, methods, and directions in cycling safety research.
