Sammendrag

The aim of this project was to describe the knowledge and knowledge gaps concerning (negative) consequences for individuals and households of the implementation of traffic reducing measures. Only a few studies have been made on this issue. Nevertheless, we can establish that various traffic mitigation measures have different kinds of effects and consequences for different groups. The consequences of reducing car use are often greater for those who have disabilities impairing their walking, or who live in households with children in kindergarten or school. The measures will also have the greatest impact on those who live in suburban and rural areas.
