Oslo municipality have ambitious goals to reduce the CO2-emissions. Among the employees of Oslo municipality, the use of car is relatively low compared to the rest of city and Norway as a whole. However, our analysis shows a significant potential to reduce CO2 emissions by reducing the car use among the employees. There are many people employees on schools and kindergardens, and measures towards these work places could have a large impact. The analysis also shows that measures towards work places in the outer city can be more efficient than towards work places in the inner city.
