We find that those with low and average income change their behavior the most when public transport becomes free in Stavanger in the autumn of 2023. For Oslo and Akershus, we find the opposite effects, meaning that it is those with the highest income (above 700 000 per year) who change their behavior the most when the single tickets become significantly cheaper. In general, the effect of income is relatively small.
