Before study: evaluation of measures financed by the Norwegian governments assistance scheme for increased accessibility in public transport

This report summarise findings form the before study in a project which is to evaluate measures financed by the Norwegian governments assistance scheme for increasen accissibility in public transport. The main finding from the before study is that the measures are perceived positively, but that these measures do not address all the challenges faced by disabled persons who attempt to travel by public transport.
