Alternative transport technology - Reduced CO2-emissions from the transport sector

The purpose is to shed light on how new transport technology can make a contribution to reducing transport-specific and overall CO2-emissions in Norway. An important question is whether the use of eco-friendly transport technology can reduce the socio-economic cost of implementing a Norwegian climate policy.
