Aggressive driving - a literature review

The report presents a review of studies concerning aggressive driving behaviour. The results of the review suggests that driving behaviour which can be labelled as "aggressive" is associated with increased accident risk. Aggressive driving seems to be especially prevalent during certain traffical situations, but is also dependent upon characteristics of the driver. In addition, some studies indicate that certain vehicle characteristics are associated with aggressive driving. Various measures aimed at reducing aggressive driving are presented.
