This working report discusses possible effects of prohibiting studded tires and the implications for road safety, mobility, state of health and the environment. The working report describes the possible effects of a prohibition and what possible behavioral adaptation it may lead to among road users and authorities. A list of variables to be measured in a before- and- after study and methods of data collection are also given.
