80% use of non studded winter-tyre in 2004? Results from a survey in Drammen and five neighbour municipals

This report is based on a survey in the municipal of Drammen, and in five of Drammens neighbour municipals. In this study the main focus is on the use of studded tyre in Drammen (Norway), and on the possibility of reducing the percentage using this type of tyre. The questionary also included questions about winter maintainance of the road, and of the level of pollution in the area.
