On December 12th 2018, the European Conference of Transport Research Institutes (ECTRI) is celebrating 15th year of existence and achievements with a special event organized in Brussels.

Distinguished personalities is brought together to discuss challenges and opportunities for the future of European research and innovation in the transport domain in the perspective of the new Framework Programme – Horizon Europe.

TØIs Managing Director will discuss challenges and opportunities for future European research and investments in the mobility sector together with Young Tae Kim, Secretary General, International Transport Forum, OECD, Prof. Tatiana Kováčiková, ERA Chair Holder and Signe Ratso, Deputy Director-General for Research and Innovation, European Commission DG RTD

The European Conference of Transport Research Institutes (ECTRI) is an international non-profit association that was founded in April 2003 by 15 national transport research institutes and universities of 13 European countries, as a non-profit association registered in France and governed by French law. It is the first attempt to unite the forces of the foremost multimodal transport research centres across Europe and to thereby promote the excellence of European transport research.
